Positioning, Identity and Website for an AI SaaS
Translating a Complex Technology
Eyva is a platform that connects market, consumer, and product data to support companies in making better product and portfolio decisions.
Systems of this kind often sit between established categories. Their technology can be sophisticated, while their purpose remains difficult to communicate. The project therefore focused on understanding the underlying system in depth and translating its capabilities into a clear narrative of practical value. The goal was not simply to label the product with a category, but to make a complex technological logic understandable through positioning, messaging, and design.
Positioning Through Mental Models
The positioning work was based on analysing how product managers and innovation teams mentally frame product decisions. Instead of describing the platform through technical features, the communication was structured around decision contexts, product lifecycle thinking, and portfolio strategy. This approach translated the underlying technology into narratives that connect with the mental models of its target audience. The result was a coherent positioning framework, core messaging, and a structured tone-of-voice system for the product.

A Visual Identity for a Premium Technology Product
A key part of the project was the development of a distinctive visual identity and website system. Many technology platforms appear visually interchangeable, often creating the impression that the product itself is equally generic. The aim here was the opposite: to establish a visual language that signals technological depth and product quality. The resulting design draws on a progressive laboratory aesthetic with subtle references to beauty and fashion culture. This creates an identity that feels closer to a high-end research product than to a conventional SaaS interface, while remaining legible for Eyva’s industry audience.
