Role Description:

As a Working Student in Marketing/Business Development at Plateau Candy, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and enhancing brand visibility. This part-time hybrid position is based in Cologne, requiring ~25% on-site presence. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, developing strategies for growth, and researching and implementing tools for acquiring new customers and projects. We seek creative, energetic individuals who are naturally adept at engaging with potential clients and adept at facilitating successful business deals. Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment are essential.
